Shipping and Returns


All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. This does not include the day you placed the order. Your tracking number will be issued in your dispatch email.

Free shipping on domestic over $100

Please be sure to double check your address as LUNE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is “returned to sender”, LUNE is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees.

We’re happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  


We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange a product or products because you don’t like the fragrance or change your mind. If your order arrives damaged, please email us on info@lunecandles.com with photos and description of the problem within 2 days of arrival. We will then assess your case and determine if a replacement or refund will be provided. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping cost 

Lost or damaged goods

LUNE is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. Once order has been sent out and tracking is received, it is between the shipping carrier and customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
